Business Analyst - Risk

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact risk management initiatives and drive process modernization across the enterprise
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership to enhance GEOINT capabilities and mission assurance
• Develop and implement multi-year strategic management plans for risk mitigation and resiliency
• Lead internal and external risk management forums, including Joint Risk Working Groups (JRWGs)
• Champion risk management across the Agency and Intelligence Community by building collaborative relationships with mission partners
• Perform gap analysis and oversee budgeting and acquisition of resources for risk mitigation planning
• Manage and evolve risk management portals and systems to automate and enhance risk processes
• Mentor team members and assess competency to ensure high performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, or 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of program management experience
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers
• Strong leadership, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• FEMA Level 1 certification (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)
• Experience with standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
