Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as an Analytics Business Partner providing strategic insights and management reporting to Customer Care leaders.
• Develop and implement tools to transform raw data into actionable business insights for strategic planning.
• Build and maintain structured management reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
• Synthesize key business trends and assess current and future business risks through ad hoc and strategic analysis.
• Structure end-to-end analyses, from methodology to final recommendations, under the supervision of senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Care or Post-Sales Operations.
• Strong database manipulation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including data storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work night shifts (11pm – 8am).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Big Data platforms such as Hadoop and Alteryx.
• Experience in stakeholder and project management.
