Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Data Lake, Category, and Supplier data through recurring audits and discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and supplier inquiries, validating AI agent outputs and resolving exceptions.
• Produce monthly market-share, sales, and category performance reports, as well as weekly sales reports.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis, competitive insights, and forecasting support to Category Management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation while overseeing AI agent accuracy.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, operations support, or analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or data management tools.
• Demonstrated ownership of a recurring data or reporting workflow.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with North American teams and suppliers.

• Experience in product or strategic marketing.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Ability to quickly identify patterns among complex data sets and issues.
