Business Analyst - Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support analytics and technology initiatives across healthcare and life sciences by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs including KPI dashboards, segmentation support, and targeting insights.
• Support project planning activities such as timeline creation, task tracking, risk logging, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to BI and analytics deliverables under the direction of senior analysts or project leads.
• Assist with status reporting, documentation, and meeting facilitation using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Summarize complex analytical results into clear, business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions to shape data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience using at least one analytical tool such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Foundational experience with Life Sciences Commercial Analytics, Marketing Effectiveness, or Field Force Analytics.
• Understanding of pharma data assets (Commercial, Claims, EMR/EHR, Digital) and analytical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Exposure to project management practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Agile, PMBOK).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Exposure to BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Relevant project management certifications such as CAPM or Agile/Scrum coursework.
