Business Analyst & Reltio MDM SME

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and validate MDM and data quality requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, and process flows
• Act as SME for the Reltio Connected Data Platform, supporting design and implementation of data models
• Configure and optimize survivorship rules, trust frameworks, and data quality models
• Define and support data governance policies, stewardship models, and KPIs
• Support Agile delivery processes including backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Collaborate with integration teams on data ingestion, APIs, and system connectivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, MDM, or data management
• Proven hands-on experience with Reltio (data modeling, match/merge, survivorship rules)
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts such as golden record, entity resolution, and data stewardship
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Reltio certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in multi-domain MDM implementations
• Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks
• Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
