Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure clear communication
• Participate in Functional, System, Integration, Compatibility, and Regression Testing
• Design and execute test cases and scenarios
• Manage defects, update reports in JIRA, and coordinate with stakeholders
• Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing, and production moves
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience in managing requirements and supporting development and testing teams
• Proficiency in JIRA for defect management
• Experience with functional and regression testing
