Business Analyst - Readiness

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives and drive process modernization to enhance GEOINT capabilities
• Develop and manage the Customer Business Process Analysis and Business Impact Analysis (BPA/BIA) Program Portfolio
• Facilitate agency Business Continuity Planner (BCP) working groups and conduct agency-wide training
• Assist in the development of agency and component business continuity plans
• Identify customer compliance elements within federal and government statutes and regulations
• Maintain readiness metrics and utilize Mission Assurance native toolsets and databases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure database accuracy and contribute to requirements building
• Develop and maintain scenario-specific Mission Assurance plans in support of National Preparedness Policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Business Continuity
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Proven experience creating, maintaining, evaluating, and improving component-level SOPs
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under time and resource constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• FEMA Level 1 certification (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)
