Business Analyst- Quality Methods & Tool - Internship

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases for SAP QM functionalities.
• Execute various testing cycles, including Functional, Regression, Integration (SAP PP/MM), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage and track defects throughout the testing life cycle in collaboration with developers.
• Utilize tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Azure DevOps (ADO), or Jira for structured testing.
• Perform functional analysis by leveraging SAP QM processes like Inspection Processing and Results Recording.
• Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements and translate business needs into detailed specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business units, SAP development teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements traceability matrices and process flowcharts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.E. in Aerospace, Mechanical, IT, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP QM processes.
• Basic skills in SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
