Business Analyst Production Support – Wealth & Front

Responsibilities

• Follow the incident management process end-to-end, including triage and timely resolution
• Perform impact analysis and troubleshooting while coordinating with L3 and project delivery teams
• Analyze and consolidate new client requirements into technical specifications
• Support development teams by translating business needs into technical requirements
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage stakeholder expectations and assist in the onboarding of new bank services
• Proactively contribute ideas to improve service quality and platform availability

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar production support or business analyst role
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management processes
• Technical degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Full professional fluency in both English and German

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Avaloq Core & Front Platform with relevant certification
• Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
• Experience with payments, trading, or regulatory reporting
