Business Analyst (Product-Focused)

Responsibilities

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for screens and system flows
• Use the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Creative Directors to research, analyze, and prototype new features
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis
• Ability to map user journeys and translate business needs into functional specifications
• A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to think in complex systems
• Proficient written communication skills in English
• Access to a Mac
