Business Analyst – Procurement Analytics & Resilience

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity intelligence models to track pricing trends and supply-demand dynamics
• Build and maintain should-cost models across key commodities and components
• Analyze bill-of-materials (BOM) structures to identify cost, risk, and standardization opportunities
• Develop component- and supplier-level risk models to enable proactive risk identification
• Build and scale analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, or Python
• Partner with Engineering, Category Managers, and Finance to drive data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in business analytics, procurement, supply chain, or finance
• Strong experience in cost modeling and financial analysis
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel)
• Understanding of supply chain concepts including BOMs, sourcing, and supplier management
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or direct materials procurement
• Exposure to should-cost modeling or teardown analysis
• Knowledge of ERP and procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba
• Experience with supply risk tools or predictive analytics
