Business Analyst/Process Modeller

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in analyzing how the Operational Digital Twin optimizes business processes across planning, operations, and maintenance.
• Execute process-discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and document analysis to map as-is processes and user journeys.
• Develop to-be processes and user journeys that leverage Digital Twin capabilities such as data integration, GIS, and analytics.
• Translate process findings into structured product backlogs, user stories, and functional requirements for software and GIS components.
• Define and maintain process-related KPIs and success metrics to provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness to ensure workflows align with documented acceptance criteria.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support stakeholder adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in business process analysis for large-scale digital, platform, or geospatial solutions within infrastructure or utilities.
• Proven expertise in process-mapping and requirements documentation techniques, including cross-functional workflows and user journeys.
• Working knowledge of how enterprise systems such as ERP, EAM/CMMS, CRM, and GIS platforms support operational data flows.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary, multinational teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills within structured project or product delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical requirements to business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with national infrastructure owners, transport authorities, utilities, or public works organizations.
