Business Analyst/Process Modeller

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in analyzing how the Operational Digital Twin optimizes business processes across planning, operations, and maintenance
• Execute process-discovery activities including workshops, interviews, and document analysis to map as-is processes and user journeys
• Develop to-be processes and user journeys that leverage Digital Twin capabilities such as data integration, GIS, and analytics
• Translate process findings into structured product backlogs, user stories, and functional requirements for software and GIS components
• Define and maintain process-related KPIs and success metrics to provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Support testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness to ensure workflows align with documented acceptance criteria
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and presentations to support stakeholder adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• 10 years of experience in business process analysis for large-scale digital, platform, or geospatial solutions
• Proven experience in infrastructure, utilities, or urban environments
• Working knowledge of standard process-mapping and requirements techniques for cross-functional workflows
• Understanding of how enterprise systems such as ERP, EAM/CMMS, CRM, and GIS platforms support operational data flows
• Experience working within multidisciplinary, multinational teams across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with national infrastructure owners, transport authorities, utilities, or public works organizations
