About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and performance to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including programs, finance, and digital technology to design and deliver digital solutions
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams
- Sequence features and enhancements based on business value to ensure optimal prioritization
- Use data and dashboards to monitor performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support change management and adoption to help teams transition to new systems and digital tools
- Communicate findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and workshops with business leaders
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Educational background in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Technology, or Engineering
- Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, Visio, or Jira
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluency in both French and English (required for technical documentation and international communication)
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, or databases is an advantage
