Business Analyst/PMO Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support strategy-driven and transformation-focused initiatives within the banking and financial services sector
• Focus on strategy, analytics, transformation, governance, and commercial optimization
• Provide strong coordination, reporting, and documentation support for complex projects
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and interact with clients in a professional, client-facing capacity
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, or similar role
• Proven experience within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong coordination, reporting, and governance skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in structured, fast-paced, and client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management or professional consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• High attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
