Business Analyst - PLM

Responsibilities

• Manage the SPDB platform and PDM application landscape to drive digital evolution
• Act as the primary customer interface to identify needs and ensure value delivery
• Define and implement application vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
• Design, implement, and test technical solutions, including interface design and integration
• Support DevOps initiatives and cloud migration strategies within secure environments
• Oversee application operations, including capacity planning and resource management
• Monitor service performance, manage KPIs, and escalate issues to ensure timely mitigation
• Collaborate with global Airbus teams to ensure successful coordination and convergence

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Computer Science, IT, or relevant field)
• 5-7 years of techno-functional experience in software architecture, design, and implementation
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud technologies for serverless web applications
• Extensive experience with PLM/CAD tools such as Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, or CATIA
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Ability to perform data analysis using SQL queries
• Advanced proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of calculation, estimation, budgeting, and project management
• Experience with product structure, configuration management, and release processes
• Familiarity with downstream feeding to Manufacturing and Customer Services toolsets
• Knowledge of German language skills
