Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and product requirements into clear functional specifications and system behaviors
• Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows to enable seamless engineering delivery
• Work closely with engineering teams to define and validate API interactions, data flows, and system integrations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and reduce ambiguity
• Support the design and implementation of workflows for digital account onboarding, maintenance, and money movement processes
• Perform functional validation, test scenario creation, and edge-case analysis to ensure solution accuracy
• Ensure all solutions meet legal, regulatory, and risk requirements across financial and transactional systems

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex, technology-driven environments
• Strong experience working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations
• Proven expertise in digital account opening, account maintenance, and/or money movement workflows (transfers, TOA, bank linking)
• Proficiency in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience in functional testing, validation, and defect tracking
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
