Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define critical metrics and monitor performance trends for pod strategy
• Collaborate with business and product functions to translate business problems into analytical statements
• Own the insight generation phase through deep analysis and data-driven hypotheses
• Contribute strategic thoughts to improve critical metrics
• Act as the analytics and visualization SME, designing and building dashboards
• Mentor other analysts and participate in hiring and onboarding processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of overall analytics experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the lending domain
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data manipulation and consolidation
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Understanding of R, Python, and core statistical concepts
• Ability to handle big data sources and explain the story behind analysis

• Experience in building ML models
