Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of pricing strategies through market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Provide regular business performance reports regarding NS achievement, pricing, and channel investments
• Collaborate with the Commercial Strategy Manager to develop and deploy sales tools
• Facilitate training and create user guides to ensure high-quality tool deployment
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management regarding project progress and performance
• Collect and maintain up-to-date market data, industry reports, and consumer trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial strategy, market analysis, or business analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and synthesize information into actionable insights
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods or spirits industry
• Advanced data visualization capabilities
