Business Analyst - Payments

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical payment solutions
• Document requirements using internal tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Design and build functionalities to implement business solutions within the Avaloq platform
• Troubleshoot customer issues, manage client interactions during testing, and handle bug fixing
• Collaborate with developers during the implementation and testing of new functionality
• Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Strong track record of development in PL/SQL and Oracle database (or similar)
• Experience in process analysis and engineering
• Experience in defect triage

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• ACCP certification
