Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information from diverse sources to prepare strategic recommendations and reports for leadership.
• Lead business process development, improvement, and re-engineering initiatives using performance metrics.
• Serve as a project manager overseeing the full lifecycle of initiatives, including resource management and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (IMS), create test plans, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Provide subject matter expertise in specialized domains such as IT/Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Support IT audit activities (e.g., FISMA) by reviewing evidence and coordinating compliance responses.
• Lead and facilitate engagements across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
• Mentor team members and lead internal teams to achieve performance goals and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant functional or cross-functional business experience (or 10+ years if no degree is held).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ITIL.
• Proficiency in specialized tools including MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA.
