Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and update SharePoint website content across multiple networks, including JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and Extranet
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites to improve utility and ease of use
• Consolidate SharePoint sites and provide training and consultation to content managers
• Assist the Communications Team with workforce messaging and timely home page updates
• Support the development and refinement of internal tools for reporting, awards, and tracking
• Provide expert Tableau support for business functions and Front Office requirements
• Document and track intake requirements to provide up-to-date metrics
• Represent the directorate for User Interface (UI) development efforts and coordinate with IT
• Perform technical troubleshooting for cross-browser functionality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related technical field (or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• 1+ years of experience in business, management, or a related field
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in specialized tools such as MS Visio, MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, or SharePoint
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
