Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the TT&E team to achieve performance goals and foster continuous professional development
• Develop, maintain, and improve Customer Continuity of Operations (COOP) and implementation processes
• Manage the NGA Computerized Emergency Notification System (CENS), including administration, user access, and quarterly testing
• Develop an integrated Continuity Test, Training, and Exercise (TT&E) program to validate standing plans and procedures
• Document exercise planning, execution, and results, including lessons learned and corrective action plans
• Maintain the Agency and Component Crisis Communications Devices (CCDs) program, including SOP development and regular testing
• Utilize Mission Assurance toolsets and databases to support priorities and inform continuity exercise scenario design
• Develop and maintain continuity plans at the agency, NGOC, and component levels
• Provide onsite assistance at customer Alternate Site locations, including facility tours and facilitating TT&E requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience, or 8+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of program management experience
• 7+ years of COOP Test, Training, and Exercise (TTX) experience
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Business Continuity
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• FEMA Level 1 certification (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
