Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Develop and manage the Customer's Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) program portfolio
• Facilitate agency-wide Business Continuity Plan (BCP) training and conduct BCP working groups
• Assist in the development of agency and component business continuity plans
• Identify customer compliance elements within federal and government statutes and regulations
• Maintain readiness metrics and utilize Mission Assurance native toolsets and databases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure database accuracy and contribute to requirements building
• Develop and maintain scenario-specific Mission Assurance plans and continuity plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 6+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Business Continuity
• Experience creating, maintaining, evaluating, and improving component-level SOPs
• Active TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• FEMA Level 1 certification or the ability to attain it within 6 months of hire
