Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define and manage business analysis and design practices within Agile and Scrum processes
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and propose feasible solutions
• Elicit and define user requirements by working closely with business stakeholders and product owners
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and manage stakeholder expectations
• Focus on user experience (UX) by collaborating with development and design teams to ensure high adoption

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Advanced skills in business modelling, diagramming technical flows, and creating mock-ups or wireframes
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro
• Proven experience collaborating with product owners, designers, and architects
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work under high pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to work Saudi Arabia hours (13:00 – 21:00, Sunday to Thursday)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis
• Previous experience as a developer or possessing a software developer mindset
