About the role
Responsibilities
- Support product teams in developing effective solutions that prioritize user experience and service quality.
- Identify, acquire, and analyze consumer, business, and technology insights to clarify user needs.
- Facilitate cross-collaboration with key stakeholders to drive prioritization through continuous feedback and innovation.
- Communicate and visualize user insights and support teams with design sprints, prototyping, and service experience tools.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Interface between distributed delivery teams and customer product owners for a large-scale digital transformation project in the Middle East.
Requirements
- Thai native with fluent English communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in project management within the software development industry.
- Proven track record in sprint planning and leading successful projects in complex settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and acquire new competencies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background or coding experience.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and Mobile Development.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for activity tracking, task-setting, and dashboards.
