About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly Leased Housing reports
  • Provide statistical analyses and written trends to inform the Executive Department
  • Respond to data requests related to Section 8 portfolio and resident demographics using SQL and statistical tools
  • Conduct longitudinal studies of Section 8 administrative data
  • Compile data for mandated reports such as the Annual Plan and Social Indicators Report
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of special projects and performance metrics
  • Provide ad hoc statistical analyses to assist senior staff with policy decisions
  • Collaborate with IT to create dashboards for the Leased Housing Department

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • 24 semester credits in statistics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, or econometrics
  • 12 semester credits specifically in statistics and/or econometrics
  • One year of full-time experience in statistical or mathematical analysis, IT, operations research, or econometrics (or a Master's degree in a related field)
