Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the key analyst for client performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcome
• Collaborate with clients worldwide to deliver technical and business support, driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to both business stakeholders and IT teams
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience within the Travel & Tourism industry
• Solid understanding of business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Kibana or Metabase
• Basic understanding of API Hotel connectivity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
