Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower planning, including budget development and recruitment tracking
• Analyze retailer and channel performance through detailed reporting (DRCP, Retail Audit)
• Support digitization and automation efforts using Salesforce and Power BI
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and maintain stakeholder communication

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis or strategic planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the manufacturing or distribution sectors
