Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and ensure the reliability of daily data (shipments, deliveries, fill rates, anomalies)
• Build operational dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Identify gaps, trends, and weak signals to anticipate performance deviations
• Advise on human resource and transport planning based on forecasts
• Develop regional labor planning and control available transport resources
• Alert and propose concrete adjustments at local and regional levels
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site managers
• Train teams on reading indicators and using tools
• Make data accessible and actionable for non-data natives

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in logistics, transport, or data preferred
• 2 to 3 years of field experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Interest in using AI for automated analysis
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-experts
• Comfortable working in the field with teams and numbers
• Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented
• Professional English is a plus
