Responsibilities

• Collect and ensure the reliability of daily data (shipments, deliveries, fill rates, anomalies).
• Build operational dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Identify gaps, trends, and weak signals to anticipate performance deviations.
• Advise on human resource and transport planning based on forecasts.
• Develop regional labor planning and monitor available transport resources.
• Alert and propose concrete adjustments at local and regional levels.
• Lead weekly performance reviews with site managers.
• Train teams on indicator reading and tool usage.
• Make data accessible and actionable for non-data native teams.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of field experience in logistics, transport, or data.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
• Interest in using AI for automated analysis.
• Ability to simplify complex data for non-experts.
• Comfortable working in the field with both teams and numbers.
• Rigorous, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Professional English is a plus.
