Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and structurally document business requirements
• Organize and facilitate interviews, workshops, and discussions with relevant business areas
• Analyze current processes, identify development opportunities, and develop business proposals
• Create business requirements, specifications, use cases, and process maps
• Collaborate closely with project managers, IT experts, developers, and business units
• Evaluate solution alternatives and prepare decision-support materials
• Provide professional support for the prioritization, testing, and implementation of developments
• Prepare reports, analyses, and management summaries
• Actively participate in the business foundation of customer relationship developments and project portfolios

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, engineering, IT, or business
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, process development, or project preparation
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
• Structured, analytical thinking with a passion for solving complex problems
• Proficiency in M365 tools
• Fluent English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of BABOK or BPMN, or a professional business analyst certification
• Experience in a Contact Center or customer service environment
• Experience in digital development, corporate transformation, or CX/UX projects
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Power BI
