Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex inputs from clients and subject matter experts into granular, testable functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Author comprehensive functional design documents to support engineering execution and long-term product documentation
• Establish robust testing frameworks, execute feature-level testing, and manage defect triage with engineering teams
• Partner with product design teams to develop wireframes and mockups to provide visual and behavioral guidance for interfaces
• Participate in institutional client workshops and support calls, translating field feedback into product iterations
• Utilize AI productivity tools to accelerate the generation of specifications, documentation, and test cases

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience owning product requirements through the full testing lifecycle in consulting, advisory, or in-house product environments
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, validation, gap analysis, and UAT planning
• Demonstrated fluency in leveraging AI tools to optimize documentation and testing workflows
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build rapport with sophisticated financial services clients
• Experience with modern productivity and product management tools such as Linear, Notion, or Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Big Four advisory firms, digital transformation consulting, or fintech implementation services
• Domain knowledge in institutional loan markets, private credit, or credit operations
• Experience with process-mapping software like Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio
