Business Analyst - Middle Office Performance Measurement

Responsibilities

• Calculate Operational P&L across the fuels value chain and standardize calculations across product groups
• Analyze P&L results to identify key drivers and provide detailed performance breakdowns to support decision-making
• Perform data validations and reconciliations across systems to resolve discrepancies impacting P&L outputs
• Support the bridging of Operational P&L to GAAP financial results
• Partner with Commercial, Trading, Refining, and Finance teams to ensure accurate representation of business activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Two years of professional experience
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Risk Data Warehouse
• Prior experience in commercial, risk oversight, IT, or refining sectors
