Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and business problems to define solutions
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop user stories
• Challenge and justify stakeholder requests to agree on proposed solutions
• Collaborate with development teams on system design and implementation
• Design business processes for proposed solutions
• Develop testing approaches, execute system test cases, and supervise UAT
• Support end-user and support team training during solution transitions
• Plan and coordinate project activities and manage dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or related field
• More than 3 years of business analysis experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience with trading lifecycle functional domains (Front, Middle, or Back Office)
• Demonstrable capability in requirements gathering, systems design, and testing of ETRM solutions
• Experience managing full project lifecycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in European gas and power trading organizations
• Business Analysis certifications
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
