Business Analyst - Master Data

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions to ensure data excellence within an SAP environment.
• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs regarding master data and evaluate their impact on end-to-end processes.
• Design and model governance processes (creation, modification, validation) in SAP MDG, including workflows and management rules.
• Write functional specifications and oversee developments and integrations to ensure they meet business needs.
• Organize and execute functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in data migration projects, including mapping rules, cutover coordination, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Implement and analyze data quality indicators such as completeness, uniqueness, and freshness.
• Train and support end-users through the creation of guides and functional assistance.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in IT, Data, or an equivalent field.
• 3-5 years of experience working with SAP systems.
• Proven experience in master data governance and data quality.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG and S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Product/Article, Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), and Production (PP) data objects.
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, process formalization, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
