Business Analyst - Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous or competing priorities into clear, actionable business requirements and decision frameworks
• Influence strategic initiatives by grounding recommendations in data, client needs, and platform capabilities
• Drive engagement across complex stakeholder groups to ensure shared understanding of objectives, scope, and risks
• Provide oversight of business analysis deliverables across large programs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks related to scope, data, integration, or downstream impacts
• Maintain a strong understanding of systems, data, and architectural constraints to guide scalable solution design
• Champion the responsible adoption of AI within business analysis activities to improve efficiency and insight synthesis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis
• Extensive experience working within complex, regulated financial services environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and data concepts
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences
• Solid knowledge of system architectures
