Business Analyst - Loan IQ Systems

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and functional specifications
• Prepare comprehensive test cases and manage the defect life cycle
• Perform test scope analysis, regression testing, and SIT/UAT testing for core banking and loan administration systems
• Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
• Debug interface and functional issues within the Loan IQ framework
• Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality across all banking operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the banking industry with at least 3 years in IT support and implementations
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Loan IQ application implementations and interface development
• Deep knowledge of Loan IQ modules including Customer setup, Deal building, Facility building, and Portfolio management
• Proficiency in SDK development (inquiry scripts, event management, scripted API, etc.)
• Strong technical skills in core Java/J2EE, XML, Rest API, Oracle, and SQL (packages and stored procedures)
• Understanding of Loan IQ data models, framework, and MX payments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
