Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and optimize the courier fleet by monitoring KPIs
• Support budgeting processes, operational cost planning, and settlements
• Create and develop innovative forecasting models and turnover analyses
• Analyze courier satisfaction and performance to implement motivation programs
• Collaborate with the operations team and regional managers to optimize processes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role, strategic consulting, or a startup environment
• Ability to lead projects from analysis to implementation
• Proficiency in working with large datasets to identify optimization areas
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• English language proficiency (minimum B2)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
