Business Analyst - Licensing & Regulatory Management

Responsibilities

• Secure and renew permits, accreditations, registrations, and licenses from relevant Philippine government agencies (LGUs, Bureau of Customs, DENR, NTC, etc.).
• Act as a relationship manager for local regulators and industry contacts to support compliant engagement.
• Enforce Fixed Asset Management policies to ensure compliance with Philippine laws and firm guidelines.
• Manage the centralized control, monitoring, and recording of all fixed assets.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports from the Fixed Asset Database to provide insights for audits and decision-making.
• Lead Regulatory Change meetings and monitor local compliance in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Controls.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable filing systems for regulatory compliance and fixed asset records.
• Recommend improvements to departmental procedures and identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in fixed asset and asset inventory management within a BPO or shared-services environment.
• Deep knowledge of local Philippine regulatory requirements and processes related to fixed assets and facilities.
• Proven experience in vendor management supporting asset or facilities-related services.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in compliance requirements for agencies such as PEZA, Bureau of Customs, and DENR.
• Experience with Access Database, Tableau, Alteryx, or SharePoint Site Administration.
• Extensive experience in regulatory work, permitting, and licensing.
• Prior project management experience and a strong operations background.
