Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Help define and execute key projects across various departments and stakeholders
• Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
• Build analytical tools to set and monitor business performance goals
• Work closely with the Managing Director to build long-term strategy for Mexico
• Collect and analyze performance data from sales, marketing, and operations to drive alignment
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes and increase efficiency
• Conduct market research and analyze technology trends to drive business improvement
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to leadership

Requirements

• Degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, management consulting, or project management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and manage time effectively
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
