Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank’s Retail Banking transformation and system enhancement initiatives
• Act as a key interface between Retail Banking business units, IT delivery teams, vendors, and governance functions
• Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for core retail, customer servicing, and digital channels
• Prepare requirement artefacts including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process maps
• Facilitate requirements workshops and sign-off sessions with stakeholders
• Support UAT planning and execution, including test case validation and defect analysis
• Manage requirement changes and impact assessments through formal change management processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong exposure to retail banking systems, including core banking, payments, and customer servicing
• Experience working with vendor-led implementations and internal IT delivery teams
• Hands-on involvement in UAT, change management, and production rollout support
• Previous experience in Oman or the GCC region is highly preferred
• Availability to join within a maximum of 30 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent)
