Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business needs
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows for optimization
• Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, use cases, and process flows
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus
• Analyze data to support decision-making and identify operational issues
• Support project management activities including planning and tracking execution
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide end-user training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and JIRA
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
