Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the TReDS platform
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team
• Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog in alignment with business goals
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of features
• Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to improve platform efficiency and user experience
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and align stakeholders
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and validating outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories
• Stay informed about regulatory changes in the TReDS ecosystem and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a FinTech or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of TReDS platforms or invoice discounting
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Ability to create detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, business, and operations
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to TReDS (e.g., RBI guidelines) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
