Business Analyst (international clearing)

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Gather and prioritise business and functional requirements
• Support the functional design of strategic payment initiatives
• Assess impacts across systems, accounting, and reporting
• Support testing and end-to-end validation processes
• Analyse operational data to drive insights and improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Promote automation and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience within the payments industry
• Strong knowledge of clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with VISA and Mastercard networks
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Ability to maintain an end-to-end vision and analytical thinking
