About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Staff Planning Optimisation (SPO) project through data analysis and insights
- Assist in preparing analysis and reports for Monthly P&L and Business Insights
- Help review staff cost and workforce planning data
- Work with the team to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- University student studying Business Management, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields
- Engineering students with strong analytical skills are welcome
- Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating in English
