Our STEM team uses benchmarking through AI-enabled and evidence-based approaches to drive alignment resulting in accelerated performance for clients across brand & commercial and Medical Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple live projects and timelines to meet internal and client deadlines
• Collaborate with Project leaders to interpret data and formulate action plans
• Analyze multi-source data using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Perform detailed quality checks of deliverables including survey links, dashboards, and Excel/PowerPoint outputs
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support client decision-making
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and basic analysis
• Build and maintain MS Excel databases from source data
• Produce high-quality presentations for clients using PowerPoint
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency

Requirements

• Science or Analytics based degree with numerical emphasis (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Engineering)
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, macros, and formulas
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for slide design and aesthetics
• Ability to build Power BI dashboards, create data models, and use DAX
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and transformations
• Python experience with Pandas for data manipulation and automation
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
