About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and identify needs to develop strategies that maximize efficiency and institutional opportunity.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support the student academic journey by managing systems related to recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and graduation.
  • Define the scope and objectives of business requirements, including the creation of use cases and system requirement specifications.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and develop "as-is" and "to-be" process models for academic re-engineering.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party and cloud-based service providers and support technology-based security compliance.
  • Manage the release and delivery cycles for continuous improvement initiatives and perform UAT testing.
  • Maintain data integrity and provide training and documentation for business processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise information technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, and SIS systems.
  • Practical experience within the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a higher education environment.
  • Background as a business analyst, consultant, or project manager with an IT focus.
