Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to support the evolution of information systems
• Write detailed functional specifications to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Participate in functional workshops and project scoping sessions
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers and QA engineers
• Participate in testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and anomaly tracking
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in functional analysis
• Proven expertise in requirement gathering and analysis
• Strong ability to write detailed functional specifications
• Experience participating in functional workshops and stakeholder management
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
• Ability to work effectively within a structured, evolving technical environment
