Business Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Global Logistics, defining success metrics and translating business needs into analytical outputs.
• Own and monitor KPIs across transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment, including on-time delivery, freight cost, and carrier performance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost drivers and service trade-offs using structured problem-solving and statistical methods.
• Investigate shipping delays, customs issues, and inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards to ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, reliable, and self-serve data insights.
• Represent the Analytics team on cross-functional logistics initiatives to measure both qualitative and quantitative impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated ownership of business-critical metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong technical analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable, data-driven insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in the Boston, MA office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Hex.
• Experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Familiarity with analytics workflows such as dbt or ELT.
